Each settlement report must be supported by at least one relevant document, such as a copy of the signed and dated settlement agreement/release, stipulation of settlement, proof of payment, etc.
Documents supplied with a report of a confidential settlement are for internal review only and not for publication. We will accept such documents with limited redaction, minimally sufficient to meet both the confidentiality restrictions imposed upon you and a reasonable threshold of verifiability of your settlement report.
If supporting documentation cannot be provided for some reason, we ask that you explain the reason and supply alternative verification methods.
